Through sculpture, drawing, performance, and animation, Braun explores biological forms, cycles, and interconnection. She aims to make work that is part of everyday life–– she most enjoys exhibiting in public spaces, and embraces collaboration. Braun most recently exhibited in Budapest, Hungary and Portland, Maine. Currently, she is developing a diverse body of wearable sculptures inspired by plankton. Braun earned a BFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art, dual majoring in Interdisciplinary Sculpture and Humanistic Studies.
