Camille McDaniel is a Portland, Oregon-based poet, editor, and fiber artist.

Her poetry has been published in Black Fox Literary Magazine, Currency, Sundress Publications’ A Body You Talk To: An Anthology of Contemporary Disability, and others. In 2023, she received nominations for the Pushcart Prize and Best New Poets Anthology; and in 2024, she represented Portland Poetry Slam at Bigfoot Regional Slam. Her debut book—Blood, Skin, and Water—is available online through World Stage Press and at Broadway Books in Portland. Camille has lived in Boston, Harlem, Paris, Long Beach, and (a true Sagittarius) is constantly fighting the urge to make another drastic change in scenery.
