
Description
Experience the magic of making platinum prints from your digital images. Platinum printing is a supreme form of photographic printing that dates back to the early days of photography. We will spend three days exploring the medium and making prints. You will learn how to make digital negatives from your image files using Photoshop and a digital printer and then make beautiful platinum prints of your own images. Students will make at least 6 prints.
About the Instructor
He has a BS degree from Oregon State University. With extensive experience in both analog and digital photography he loves working with others who are passionate about making photographs. His fine art interests include documentary, figure and landscape photography. Kelly is also an adjunct photography instructor at Chemeketa Community College.

You will need to bring:
Participants will provide at least 4 digital image files 2 weeks prior to the workshop. Participants should bring a computer with photo editing software and digital image files to be printed at the workshop.
