Carla Riestenberg

Carla Riestenberg brings over 15 years of experience working with nonprofits and small businesses to her role as a board member at Sitka. As a Business Advisor at Aldrich Advisors, she works with firm leadership, stakeholders, and vendors to manage internal operational and technology initiatives, helping teams increase their impact, develop critical skills, and implement innovative, technology-driven solutions to solve complex challenges.

Carla holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Cincinnati and a Master’s in Nonprofit Management from Portland State University. Passionate about empowering women in leadership, in the past she has served as the Founding Chair of the Women’s Center for Leadership Emerging Leaders Advisory Board and as a Founding Board Member and Treasurer of the Portland Moto Syndicate.

Outside of work and volunteer commitments, Carla enjoys spending time outdoors, riding her motorcycle, or creating in her ceramics studio.
