Laurel Francis

<br><br>Laurel Francis, a retired M.A.T. elementary and art teacher based in Bend, has an extensive background in arts and education leadership.

She has served as president of both the Central Oregon Arts in Education Board and the Arts Central Board. A dedicated advocate for the arts, Laurel has participated in SITKA workshops for over 15 years. In her recent endeavors, she has worked as the Chief Operating Officer for grantmaking operations at the Kirby Foundation.
