Leeauna Perry
Youth Program Director
An experienced coastal youth educator and nonprofit administrator, Leeauna has been supporting nonprofits throughout Tillamook and Lincoln Counties for over a decade, including serving as volunteer executive director for the Bay City Arts Center.
Her strong administration and fundraising background includes bookkeeping, grant writing, fundraiser and event coordination, program development and capital building acquisition projects, and she has provided bookkeeping services for many nonprofits throughout the area. Leeauna’s true passion, however, is for arts education. Over the past ten years, Leeauna has taught art classes to students in each of the three Tillamook County school districts from summer camps to in class, on-site school district courses. Her primary instructional focus has been serving Pre-K to 6th graders and her experience includes working with youth of all physical, mental, and artistic abilities. Leeauna’s passion for art, her educational background in science and mathematics, and her love of the outdoors and respect for the environment make her a natural fit with Sitka’s art and ecology-inspired mission. Leeauna looks forward to working with Sitka’s team, and to bringing new and innovative art education opportunities to hundreds of North Coast youth for years to come.
