Marcie Begleiter

Marcie Begleiter is a cross-disciplinary visual artist working in photography, painting and drawing.
Her curatorial project “Echoes of Voynich” will open at Los Angeles’ Wonzimer Gallery in September of 2024. Photographs from “The Future of Nature” have been shown at the CICA Museum in Seoul, Praxis Center for Photography in Minneapolis and the Orange County Center for Contemporary Art in California.
She wrote and directed “Eva Hesse”, a feature documentary about the groundbreaking 1960’s NY artist which premiered at the Whitney Museum. She was Founding Director of the Integrated Learning Program at Otis College, a Professor of Graduate Film at Art Center College of Design and has been a guest lecturer at art schools throughout the US and Europe.
