Description
The focus of this mosaic workshop is to use the vibrancy of transparent glass to represent the colorful joy in the garden. This finished window mosaic will have different moods throughout the day based on amounts of sunlight. Selecting glass for this piece will be a lesson in color, value, and opacity; you’ll want some of each!
There will be demonstrations throughout the workshop: including glass cutting techniques, compositional discussions, and assistance with adhering and grouting the mosaic. But nothing will match the excitement of seeing the mosaic backlit by sunlight for the first time!
