This workshop offers tools to engage deeply with one's own soul, nurturing one's presence through contemplative somatic writing. By the end of this workshop, you will have connected with a true secret of writing, which lies in showing up for deep practice and sincere effort of open acceptance. Dive into a moment-by-moment relationship with silent sitting and writing practice. Learn by doing—sitting meditation, writing, reading, and listening deeply to yourself and others.
